We chose this excursion as it would accomplish two of our outstanding goals:
- We would experience small ship cruising with one of our favorite tour companies;
- We would finally tour Taormina, Italy, one of Tom’s favorite cities he encountered while serving in the US Navy.
The tour also included ports that would be able to accommodate smaller ships, giving us an opportunity to explore several islands in the Mediterranean, Tyrrhenian and Ligurian Seas.
This will be our third cruise in a 6-month period, however we remain energized to explore new regions and experience all they may offer. As always, we are full steam ahead in our prerogative to “Postpone Nothing”!
